Ganbanyoku – Hot Stone Spa

The natural stones used in our ganbanyoku are said to release far infrared rays and negative ions.

Shower Room & Powder Room

After enjoying the warmth of the ganbanyoku hot stone spa, you can take a shower and freshen up in the powder room. Toner, moisturizer, cleansing oil, and other amenities are provided for your comfort.
Some seats are equipped with a gentle vibration exercise machine, allowing you to dry your hair while enjoying a bit of light movement.
It’s a cozy, two in one space where you can get ready and feel refreshed at the same time.

We are delighted to share that Miyazaki Daiichi Hotel now has its own certified aufguss masters.
Our staff trained under Tetsuya Nagai and Satoshi Hashiyasume of the renowned Aufguss Professional Team, and several of them have even competed in the Aufguss Championship Japan in 2025 and 2026.

Check-in

Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. We can store your luggage before check-in. Early check-in from 2:00 p.m. is available for an additional ¥1,000. Please contact the hotel in advance.

check-out

Standard check-out is at 11:00 a.m., but this may vary depending on your accommodation plan. Check-out can be extended until 12:00 noon for ¥1,000 per hour.

Payment

We accept credit cards, including JCB, Visa, Mastercard, AEON, Saison, UnionPay, and American Express, as well as cashless payments such as PayPay and au PAY. For corporate advance payments, please contact us by phone.

Receipts

If you booked and paid online through an overseas booking site or domestic travel site, we are unable to issue a receipt at the hotel. Receipts can only be issued for payments made at the hotel. If you made an advance payment and need a receipt, please contact the booking site or travel agency you used.

※Receipts issued by overseas booking sites such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda are not compatible with Japan’s domestic invoice system.

Parking

Advance reservation is required for mid-sized vehicles or larger. If the hotel parking lot is full, we will guide you to a nearby coin-operated parking lot.

Drink Service

Available free of charge 24 hours a day during your stay. A drink bar with cola, tea, and other beverages is available, along with complimentary hot drinks such as coffee and cocoa.

Coin Laundry

Coin laundry machines are available 24 hours a day on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors. Laundry detergent is available at the front desk for ¥100.

Items Available to Borrow

Trouser presses, irons, ironing boards, air purifiers, desk lamps, pillows, and other items are available on each floor. Strollers, wheelchairs free of charge, bicycles limited to the first three guests, and baby cots ¥1,000 are also available in limited numbers. Please ask at the front desk.
